VILLA
Our villa is located on the shores of Lake Zalewskie in Zalesie Królewskie.
The villa has a usable area of 420 m2 and is situated on a large plot of 6100 m2 with direct access to the lake.
On the shores of the lake, we have a large wooden terrace (approximately 100m2) and a private sandy beach.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms , 3 bathrooms with toilets, 1 separate toilet, a ping-pong room, a large kitchen with an open-plan dining area, a garage for two cars and a large wooden terrace (partly covered).
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people (6 large double beds, 2 single beds, 3 fold-out sofas, 3 large corner sofas that cannot be folded out).
The plot has a large driveway (about 10 cars can fit, a large recreational area (grass), a volleyball court, a basketball court, a place for a bonfire and an exit to the lake , where we have our own private terrace (over 100m2) and a beach. there is also a rowing boat and a swimming pool in the summer season.
On the left side of the plot, at a distance of about 100m, there are forests that stretch for many kilometers , it is already a protected area
natura 2000, the beginning of the Bory Tucholskie region.
On the right side of the plot, we have a farmer's neighbor, from whom you can buy fresh country eggs and milk straight from the cow.
In the immediate vicinity there are many other lakes, forests, many nature reserves (including the Bory Tucholskie National Park), hiking and cycling paths, the Brda river (great canoeing trips).

We put our guests at the disposal of our guests a villa with an area 420m2 located on a plot of 6100 m2 .
The villa is located in Zalesie Królewskie in the Bory Tucholskie region.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms , 3 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, large fully equipped kitchen , dining room open to the kitchen and living room, over 100m2 wooden terrace, ping-pong room , large garage.
On the plot you will find a lot of space for relaxation and fun, including: volleyball court, basketball court, terrace with a beach on the lake (direct access), fireplace , hammocks, sunbeds, swimming pool (in summer), a boat available guests.

* the villa can easily accommodate up to 20 people - over 16 people we charge an additional fee of PLN 100 / person.
In the summer season, the cottage can be rented for a minimum of 3 days
Check-in at the villa starts at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 (at weekends it is possible to extend the day until 15:00).
We accept well-behaved pets, dogs will have a paradise here!
