INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

In order to ensure the protection of the processed personal data that you entrust to us, and to meet the requirements provided for by law, we have prepared the following document. In it, we inform you about the manner in which the data provided by you is collected, used, processed and secured by us.

Who is the data controller

The administrator of Customers' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") is the LOVE FOR RIDE Adam Dąbkowski travel agency, 03-581 Warsaw, ul. Drapińska 13, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").   In the case of people who have consented to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, the data controllers are LOVE FOR RIDE Adam Dąbkowski, 03-581 Warszawa, ul. Drapińska 13, (hereinafter referred to as the Data Administrator).

Purpose of data processing

The purpose of processing Personal Data is the implementation of the contract for the provision of tourist services. The data of persons who have consented to the processing of data for marketing purposes will be processed for the following purposes: informing about tourist services / events provided by LOVE FOR RIDE, informing about the products and services of our Partners regarding benefits related to our offer (e.g. travel insurance, rental motorbikes, additional services). Data Administrators may conduct activities consisting in customer profiling in order to adapt marketing activities to their needs. For marketing purposes, the following data will be processed: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, data on the purchased trip and related products and services, data on the history of your cooperation with Data Administrators, including information on previously purchased tours and related products and services, This information will allow us to best match our offer to your needs.

Legal basis for data processing

Personal data will be processed on the basis of the premise specified in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b and lit f of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), that is as part of the performance of the contract for the provision of tourist services and as part of the Administrator's legitimate interest, which is the possibility of informing about all matters related to the purchased event tourist. Data for marketing purposes are processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

Data recipients

The following data recipients may have access to Personal Data:

- authorized employees of the Administrator,

- service providers entrusted by contract with the processing of Personal Data for the purposes of providing services for the Administrator, in particular entities such as agents, franchisees, entities providing IT services and employing residents and their authorized employees

- to the extent necessary for the proper performance of these services,

- entities authorized to receive Personal Data on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. airlines

- entities cooperating with the Administrator in the implementation of contracts for the provision of tourist services, such as insurers, entities providing flight services, hotel establishments, entities providing transfers to destinations;

- service providers providing the Administrator with technical and organizational solutions, enabling the implementation of contracts for the provision of tourist services and management of the Administrator's organization, in particular courier and postal companies.

Data processed for marketing purposes may be transferred to marketing agencies - such entities process data on the basis of a contract and only in accordance with the Data Controllers' instructions.

Will your personal data be transferred outside the European Economic Area?

Not. We do not provide our services outside the European Economic Area.

Data storage period

Personal data will be stored for the period in which the data subject may pursue possible claims for non-performance or improper performance of the contract for the provision of tourist services - from 01/07/2018 - 3 years. In the case of Personal Data contained in accounting documents, they will be stored for 5 years in accordance with the requirements regarding the obligation to store accounting documents. The data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until the consent to their processing is withdrawn.

Principles of data collection

Providing Personal Data by the data subject is a condition for concluding the contract. Failure to provide data marked as required prevents the Administrator from concluding and performing the contract. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary.

Rights related to the processing of Personal Data

The data subject may exercise the following rights:

- the right to request access to your Personal Data and to rectify it, - the right to limit the processing of its data in situations and on the principles set out in art. 18 GDPR or to their removal in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR ("right to be forgotten"),

- the right to transfer Personal Data in accordance with art. 20 GDPR,

- the right to withdraw at any time prior consent to the processing of his Personal Data, which, however, will not affect the legality of the processing of such person's data, which was based on this premise and took place before he exercised his right to withdraw consent, - the right to object at any time to the processing of his Personal Data for reasons related to his particular situation, referred to in art. 21 sec. 1 GDPR, - the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.
