Łodzinka Dolna is a forest settlement that officially has only two inhabitants, our neighbors are more than 1.5 km away.
The cottage is situated on a large plot of over 10,000 m2, surrounded by forests and meadows. The area provides 100% privacy and the same pleasure from contact with nature. There is a private pond on the plot and a private access to a mountain stream with a fireplace.
There are no neighbors around the plot, the surroundings are unpolluted by human hands.
The cottage is open all year round - it has central heating with wood or coal and a cast iron fireplace in the living room. The area of the cottage is 85m2 .
On the ground floor there is a large terrace made of a grooved terrace board made of European Larch with a table, sun loungers and a barbecue, hall with a kitchen and stairs to the first floor (the kitchen is fully equipped: a hob, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, pots, plates, glasses, cups, fridge), a beautiful living room with a fireplace, table and corner sofa with a sleeping function, bathroom and toilet. There are two bedrooms upstairs - a small one with a double bed and large with two double beds and a toilet.
The plot is over 10,000 m2 of private fenced area, in its area, apart from the house, there is a large pond (which will soon be filled with fish), a hot water hot water tub, a large recreational area (trees and grass), a private exit to a stream with a terrace built with stones and a place for a fire , parking for several cars or motorbikes.

We offer our guests a year-round, heated house situated on a plot of over 10,000 m2 . The house is located in Łodzinka Dolna at the foot of the Bieszczady Mountains, in a great starting point for sightseeing.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, two bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace.
On the plot you will find a lot of space for relaxation and fun, including: hammocks, a place for a bonfire and barbecue, a private pond and a terrace by the stream. There is also a wood-fired bath tub (the so-called Ruska Bania).
100% isolation from people and 100% contact with captivating nature.

In the village of Łodzinka Dolna apart from our house, you will not find any more buildings. You will be completely alone here amidst forests and meadows. The immediate vicinity abounds in numerous forest and field roads, almost not used by tourists, ideal for hiking and cycling trips.
It is also a great location for motorcycle enthusiasts. The immediate surroundings are beautiful, winding roads among forests and meadows. It will also be a great base for exploring the rest of the Bieszczady Mountains! It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Solina. The small and large Bieszczady Loop, full of amazing views and bends, is a great proposition for an asphalt trip for the whole day (it takes 1.5 hours to reach the southernmost part of the road).
Holidays here mean unhurried contact with nature. You will love exploring the Bieszczady Mountains, cruising along empty asphalt and off-road routes.
